Anyone have experience with water appearing from no where?

I was in a hospital ward, all the beds but mine were empty.

Woke up and noticed water behind bed

had a look around and it was behind all the beds on the floor.

Just appeared out of nowhere, not dripping down walls or anything, no burst pipes.

Accused of sabotage by nursing staff
