Well it depends. Beings as spiritually evolved as the Pleiadians don't really have default bodies with distinct characteristics. They have transcended the "vessel" concept and for the most part and can choose to make change their form from lightbody to the Aryan blonde blue eyed beings most think them to be. It's just how they choose to be seen by others. That's not to say that ancient Pleiadians didn't have vessels that looked just as so however.

It's no wonder most mythological figures are porcelain white. I don't know what the psychological or instinctive mechanism is that makes humans prefer lighter skin to darker skin, but it's a real phenomenon.
If I were to guess, it would be that lighter skinned people are easier to see in the dark, and thus easier to trust. In a dark pre-electricity world, trusting a midnight-black skinned person is about the same as trusting someone wearing full black ninja garb. I'm not saying ninjas can't be good people, though. I think if you're more detrimental than beneficial to the society you live in, there's a problem with your culture.

I also think it's not so much that the people are so much 'inherently' "bad" or "wrong" or "evil" (which a lot of them are), it's that that they takeadvantage of the countries they live in, raising their own people up to the detriment of the people they live with, believing that they are the "chosen people"(which has been ingrained for thousands of years), and all others are inferior and beneath them. Of course not all of them are like that, but it seems that the closer they get to following their scriptures(perhaps taking a literal interpretation of them) the worse they are.

So it really depends on what race you are and your native country.
