There's a thread on /sci/ about it but upon reading it looks like it could be an answer to a lot of /x/ conundrums.
So basically in eternalism, which is the current accepted way time works, the universe is a composition of stacked frames, with each frame exist in forever but the human mind is only able to perceive instants at a time.
So perhaps ghosts are just people whose conscious detached from that stream of perspective?

Because you are not able to do it, animals are able to do this to a certain degree, have you ever observed birds? How they behave, when they are presented with an obvious outcome they appear to not give a fuck and just act, it's when something random happens that they freak out.
It takes a fair amount of science knowledge and dettachment from "reality" to understand these kind of things, the reason many "Scientists" can't grasp this concept is because they've locked themselves with a certain way of thinking.

How do you know that the arrow of time is not simply a manisfestation of human perception?
The Universe may change, but the notion of "forward" and "backwards" is arbitrary.
