Nah brah, the 2002 DNA test on the letters, the finger prints lifted from the taxi cab in the PAul Stine murder, as well as the palm print lifted from the 1974 'Exorcist' letter, all do a lot to clear Allen as a suspect, if not out right rule him out. If anything, given the open questions still surrounding other suspects, it makes him a much less likely candidate for being Zodiac as everything else regarding him is circumstantial to say the least.
