One of the most common siddhis. Like most of them acquired through proper meditation, both the void (absentminded) one and one regarding contemplation of ideas related to it. That's the basics, there are other exercises but I have only vague idea about those.
Start meditating, can start with 10 minutes, bring it to an hour in the first two, three months. Then as you see fit, minimum one hour for a few years. In your spare, leisure time read around about other exercises and esoteric traditions, check some magic/occult manuals - Initiation into Hermeticism by Bardon is popular even if Occult & Magic General threads here hate it. Isreal Regardie's One Year Manual if you want something they don't hate. Expand your exercises with those you find inside.
After few years of dedicated, daily, non-half assed practice you'll either get this or other ability to some extent and a good idea where to move from there. Be advised that just attempting all this to get some ability may fuck you up - in most traditions, such abilities are a side-effect of general spiritual practice, not a goal.
