For about a week straight, throughout the day I'll get drowsy

For about a week straight, throughout the day I'll get drowsy maybe 2-3 times. It seems innocent enough. I workout, have a full time job, even offer friends guitar classes. It's normal for me to just crash a couple of mins in my bed and nap. However recently a couple of strange occurrences have happened during these naps. At first I can feel the slip of going from awake to asleep or unconscious. I never could. Then I we what appears as a white circle which inverts to everything in my sight becoming white and that circle becoming what looks like a black hole. Then I see this hole split from the center as if an eye begins to blink strangely enough when this happens I get spooked and open my eyes to find that I'm in my bed but when I open the door of my room I figure I'm in a completely different house. I'm startled when I see my sister in the kitchen, a kitchen I've never been in. I ask her what's wrong cause she's crying. Deep down I'm puzzled because she lives on campus in college why is she here? She starts telling me that I'm acting different and even look different. That's when I realized I was dreaming but I couldn't snap out of the dream. And when I did it was because my bed was shaking. Why it shook I have no clue it stopped as soon as I opened my eyes not in the dream but in this reality. I brushed it off cause I was tired and still wanted to nap this time the same thing occurred this time the lighting was less bright and different house again. Everyday that passes by this occurs more and more often but in these other places in my dreams I seem to have another life one separate from this reality. Am I traveling to different timelines or dimensions?
