I constantly feel paranoid when at home.
Even right now with my family here I feel scared and anxious and I get the stereotypical feeling that somebody is watching me.
I have a blue couch beside me and I'm fucking shitting my pantaloons that a head will pop up from the armrest. I cannot even get out of my room at night and I have to walk backwards 2 feet to get to my bed with my flashlight on.
I stay up late looking at my door and window.
This is ridiculous, I can't live this way, help please.
