This desu, if your frequencies are high enough you can make it to the higher astral/mental planes which is a very peaceful and positive existence. Eventually you would be forced to reincarnate though because you didn't completely ascend the mental planes(which is basically impossible) but it's better than getting captured on the etheric and lower astral.
