fake. its only 1 kb. sound files take up a lot of space. if it was from 1995 data compression was shit so you couldnt even fit 1 second of sound and have it loop in 1kb

its a virus. the sound is a fragment of a audio file on your friends computer. it probably self constructs a reference audio file from something you got like his hentia collection

So some people seem to be stuck on the fact its only 1kb and OP can't drag it over. I've had the same thing happen to old cd's. The file can play but it doesn't seem like it exists. It's a type of corruption/ OS issue with reading the data. There are other ways to remove it from the cd but they are more complicated than simply drag and drop.
