ive found myself waking up every now and then at 2am and finding my bed mildly vibrating, always expecting it to be electricity or something. Only I always discover that it's actually my body that's vibrating. Its mildly odd in a way I don't really know how to put into words.

It could be something about your astral body reconnecting with your physical body causing a spasm like effect.
It's more likely you are having a physical problem like low blood sugar in your sleep, or an electrolyte imbalance (magnesium, calcium, potassium) causing muscle tremors. I used to have rapid muscle spasms in the morning until I started taking magnesium.
If you feel bad in any way you should go get a standard blood test (CBC 20). If not, try taking vitamins.

but then again, i had a lot of night terrors attacking me so i just avoided any medication.
Yes, generally that sensation comes before I astral project out of my body, I follow the vibration and allow it to overtake me, then I pop out in to the astral realm, weird shit.
True story, I woke up vibrating one day. Turns out I was in a Sharper Image. Turns out, I had a hardon. Turns out, no one cared.
I shake sometimes after waking up but that due to heavy drinking the night before and not drinking enough water

I don't know if it's related, but when I wake up, my eyes are always vibrating almost imperceptibly. I only notice it when picking out clothes to wear to work that have stripes. I will see the stripes virbating slightly por a few minutes when I first wake up. Do you guys think this /x/ related?
