I is only followed by A twice, the rest are B(29), C(9), and D(2)

Y is always followed by A(11)

YAM seems to be a special character, maybe space(speculating)

I think the prefixes break it into 5 sets and each group represents one letter. That's all I'm going to assume right now I suck at this lol!

Not gonna bother but for those interested, those are either Elder Futhark or Anglo-Saxon runes. Bother are very similar with minor discrepancies so if you're gonna try it I'd do a copy of both
