Is Jeffrey Dahmer the creepiest person to ever live?

I wouldn't say so. His crimes are henious, but he's an example of a killer who couldn't control himself and hated himself for it. Other criminals put this on for a sympathy act, but throughout Dahmer's life he was horrified with himself. His killing spree was him "giving in".

I would say the Original Night Stalker, or East Area rapist is the scariest/creepiest for me. That, or government/rich spooks who maintain public personalities, while managing MK Ultra/Mind Control/Torture Experiments secretly.

way back when I was in college I heard the Shirley Ledford tape while smoking with my dealer. He claimed he got it through a tape trader back in the early days of the internet.

I believe that it was legit, and not a reproduction, because he had all sorts of tapes dealing with /x/ related things and he was typically very thorough about authenticity. Dude had whole folders of documents he had collected relating to his tape collection, he was a regular Lone Gunmen type of guy.

I never listened to it again to try and verify if it was real or not because honestly it haunted me. I did try to track him down a few years back but never was able to find him. Friends of friends who knew him better than I did said he hastily moved away a few years after I had.
