Sorry for the delay.

So the first story (and most extreme of the bunch) was from an ex-butcher's assistant. He had been in charge for delivering meats and such to others. Now there was one guy in particular who had always ordered a shit ton of animal blood at the end of the week. He always asked for delivery, never went to pick it up himself, and apparently never answered the door when they arrived, having a note saying to just leave it by the door. Now being the rascally teenager he was, he snuck onto the property one night thinking that the guy was into some kind of satanic cult and he'd catch him in the act. What he claimed to see was the man in question pouring the blood into a dog dish then setting it on the ground for a naked woman who had been kneeling on the floor. The woman then began to lap up the entire thing, spilling it all over herself in the process. It appeared that this was common as brown spots of dried blood covered her entire skin. The guy booked it at that point and never spoke a word of it to anyone.

The second one takes place more in modern times. This guy was at an underground rave of some kind filled with your typical punks, goths etc etc. One guy in particular is doing this whole vampire lord shtick (Let's call him Steve) impressing a whole bunch of girls who were probably underage. Now in his little corner Steve's boosting left and right about his powers and what he is capable of. Now in comes this skinny, pale guy (Let's call him Bob) who approaches Steve. Steve of course does his little act and such until Bob suddenly pulls out a knife and cuts long across his arm. He thrusts his arm in front of Steve and tells him to drink it if he's what he claims is true. Steve at this point has lost his composure begins angrily yelling at Bob saying "What the fuck is wrong with you". Bob then just licks up his blood and walks away. Now at this point our narrator claims that the wound had completely healed and if the reddish stains weren't there then you could never tell that Bob had cut himself.

The third one is from a female's perspective this time.

She worked as a nurse in a hospital center. She was working a night shift and while leaving bumped into a hobo looking guy with a ski mask. He pushed her to the ground and ran away, dropping some stuff from his bag. It was blood bags and drugs were what she found. Now the weird part is firstly, she claimed that he felt icy cold to the touch, and secondly was that there was no video feed of anything being stolen from supplies or of that man going in or out of the hospital.

Now the final story is the weirdest and kinda of the most normal thing there was.

This guy was a keeper of a graveyard, and one guy had perished relatively early. One day the grave-keeper had found the spot where he had been buried unearthed and the body gone. He called the police and such, but the investigation didn't last long because one day he found the grave had been shoveled in once again. When he unearthed it, he found the guy's body, almost completely untouched back in the grave once more. When the police investigated the boy, they found a small pinprick and loss of blood. Their conclusion was that someone had token the body and taken a syringe's worth of blood. They never found out who or why it was done, and no event similar to this has ever occurred in that area.

In my opinion a real vampire would need at least the two defining traits:

- NEEDS to feed of blood (not sure if they can eat normal foods, but blood would be the main thing to consume)
- is immortal, doesn't age at all or is able to reverse the process

Anything else would be extra like enhanced smelling, inhumane regeneration or powers of suggestion/manipulation.

I partied at this one house where the host cooked burgers that were still bloody rare. He basically just seared the outside edges and called it "good".

When it comes to ground beef the dangers of food poisoning become a little more murky. Generally bacteria will only stay on the surface of raw beef, but by grinding it up and mixing it, the stuff can get inside as well. You also have to take into consideration the machines themselves. If you do your own grinding or buy high quality meat then this isn't really a problem, but I doubt the people did that. Freezing the meat for a long period of time should also kill the parasite but seeing as it was a party, I'm assuming they just got it straight from the grocer.

tldt; If it was shitty meat without proper preparation then there was a higher risk of food poisoning.
