it's not about what you believe, but what you know. not what you hope but what you expect. this is why this stuff takes time. in order to improve in any "visualization" skill you need to start and prove your skill to yourself on a small scale again and again. Once your scepticism is dead, crushed under the weight of facts, you will start to see some real shit. Is it possible to move clouds around just with the power of the mind? Sure it is, and for many people its easy.
