I want to make an app to help shitters (me included) have lucid dreams.
There's already decent stuff out there, but I was thinking of making a "choose your path" kind of thing where you pick something like "dream yoga" and then it populates a task list with all the daily stuff to do, on waking , just before sleeping.
Then I could add the usual dream journal+sound cues+wbtb alarm.
Also a glossary for reference, maybe challenges, milestones and stat tracking shit.
At the moment I use a mix of Awoken and Habitica, it helps, but I'd rather something more focused.
I have around 200+ lucids on my belt, but every time I lapse back and have to redo it all from fucking start. I also keep forgetting important parts of the practice.
You can help me plan it... or just ask questions about lucid dreaming in general.
I'm not at my best now, but in my prime I had 3 lucids a week.
Just set an alarm in the middle of the time when you sleep. Have it ring for 20s and automatically shut off. When it wakes you dont move at all. Keep your eyes closed and stay conscious and youll go back to sleep into an LD
Bro thx^^

Heh, I don't really need an alarm, I usually wake up in the middle of the night when I intend to.

It's the transition phase that usually fucks me up, I usually get very loud sounds which make my heart jump and start me back full awake.
I guess I just have to keep trying until I get used to it, but damn...
Brainstorm me pls.
What would you want inside this shitty app ?
And how would you want it to work ?
Pic is a proof of concept attempt. Still in progress, so feedbacks are welcome.
It's gonna be free, btw.
nice but make it free or im gonna appear in some if your dreams and start masturbating. starting tonight
