It happened once when i was younger than 10. I blinked. It was literally a blink and it jumped from night time to day time. There was no sensation of being asleep but I think its called blink sleep.

If you are not referring to actual sleep, then it can be psychosis or some other mental disorder, if you are worried contact a doctor.

Do people talk about you doing or saying something you don't remember which coincides with blackouts? If you are losing vast periods of time while conscious you might have DID. Which can manifest due to genetic predisposition and/or childhood trauma and demonic possession.
