I know you lot are pretty used to creepy paranormal shit being posted about here but have any of you actually had like a non-horrifying experience? I for one have quite a story for you guys and I'd like to hear your thoughts.

Basically I met my girlfriend at the start of last year but she met me earlier. The night before her birthday the year before that (i.e. 2015) she dreamt she went out with three guys, one was like an ordinary blonde beach bum Chad, one was your average wog fuccboi and one matched my description right down to her and I sharing so many common ideas, interests, tastes etc. Now, that can be put down to a restless brain projecting desires and I'm pretty generic, brown hair brown eyes, but the thing is as dream me finally dropped her off at home he said to her "See you next year".

I'll skip the majority of our relationship story because it's not so consequential given the context but one night we were lying in bed reminiscing about how nice it felt in our hearts this one time I hugged her really tightly and said "I love you so fucking much" and from then until about three weeks later when I basically fell asleep for a while from sheer exhaustion I could feel her emotions and she could feel mine and they'd affect the other too. I know this isn't purely coincidental either because we both got cravings for Italian food at the exact same time while at two different sides of the city. As I said it continued until I basically became too drained to sustain it any longer at which point I felt half of my heart feeling empty. Skip about five weeks, and we both have a dream at the same time that we were on a call together (note: normally we dream of texting not calling and we don't live together just yet), we both remember each other saying the exact same stuff and to top it off we could hear each other's voices clearly despite a roughly 30km distance between us.

In general we also tend to do shit in unison and scare people in doing so. /x/ what happened?

Also more shit, when I was ten-ish and honestly probably actually retarded (stunted social development from moving countries twice probably) I thought I was psychic and could predict the weather. Years later I'm not so skeptical of myself now, what with my girlfriend and I scaring the pants off one of our mates by responding to him saying something with impromptu synchronised finger guns and more shit.

NYE 2015 I was still hung up on this girl I fell in love with in 2013 and we still talked (and still do). She's pretty stressed and doesn't get much of a chance to reply to messages but I remember very distinctly that night looking up to the night sky and feeling something on the wind that I just somehow knew was her, I reach into my pocket and check my phone just in time to catch her wishing me a happy new year a few minutes late. I'm no longer such a believer of mere coincidences though after, you guessed it, even more shit.

I lost contact with my primary school friends for the longest time and when I was in year 10 I regained most of them on Easter by saying fuck it and taking my life back into my hands, forcing my way back into their lives, but I couldn't find my old best friend on Facebook. I was out shopping one day for winter gear when I ran into this bitch who told her friends I was a stalker despite her being the creepy one that stalked me and posted a picture of me on her Facebook to laugh at. I was with family so I couldn't make it completely obvious that I was hiding from the cackling, screeching and jeering crowd of Stacies and Chads but I still had to. So I detoured and ran past one of the guys I went to school with at the time who didn't see me and so I resolved to tell him on Facebook that night which I then remembered I didn't have him on and resolved to add him. His name and my best friend's names were both Matthew and their surnames both began with the same letter.

So I found my old best friend on Facebook and needless to say I was very happy. We spoke for ages and it turned out that we more or less lived our lives apart in perfect parallel right down to the remote beach we go to down the coast that it turned out I had missed him by just two days when I was last there. When I was there earlier that year I remember I stopped dead in my tracks on the beach and got another feeling like what I felt on NYE the previous year but chalked it up to the girl I liked being only 10-20km down the coast from me. Little did I know at the time that the feeling of connection to someone close that I was experiencing was to my old buddy Matt who was in the exact same spot only two days prior. Naturally this made me lose my shit in a good way.

I'm done for now /x/, now you know why I believe in God.

It's wholesome coincidences, at best. If you weren't, uh... special, as you stated yourself, then you'd see that this isn't anything out of the ordinary. It happens to everyone in different magnitudes. Small magnitudes creating skeptics, medium ones creating religiousness and large ones most likely deluding people into thinking they're prophets or gods.

Hell, that whole Kek thing is based on believing that coincidences are in fact not coincidental. Do you believe in that, too?
