No, not quite. If you read body language you read someone's subconscious pretty much which is probably the quickest way to learn to read thoughts

People who try this on me fail in ways that I notice. Sometimes even in ways that other people notice. It's not a substitute for telepathy. I don't care about people learning this, but don't oversell it.
