Tried posting for movies on the topic on /tv/ but go archived in 2 hours, forgot some boards are actually active.

Not a very popular subgenre film-wise. The only movie I can think of offhand with any connection is The Exorcist. Although, I've got a vague impression of possibly a few more involving cursed artifacts or the like.

I mean one issue you're gonna run into is that that is an extremely specific request. Even though >>19244839 is fairly accurate in a sense, there's plenty of people on /x/ who would help if you weren't asking for such an intensely niche thing. Most people don't have a list of ancient civilization horror films/supernatural history just readily at hand.

The DM and I have had a wee chat, things along the line of finding a lost part of the Epic of Gilgamesh which actually contains an incantation, the eleven monsters of Tiamat being very much alive and sealed away, something isn't quite right about the walls of Jericho etc etc. I actually have a fair bit of info on the Sumer/Babylon mythos but I was wondering if /x/ had anything extra floating around, maybe slightly more niche stuff than what's generally public knowledge, worst case scenario you guys don't but at least it's a QTDDTOT thread for everyone instead of a thread specifically for my subject.
