I agree with using thought and energy to heal your body. I can also attest to the healthiness of using natural (or pure) psychoactive drugs in such work.

On another note, a proper diet cannot be stressed enough. Family members of mine have beat cancers by cutting out sugar and heavy carbs + marijuana. SPECIFICALLY look into the CBD from the marijuana. Go for walks in nature
Stop drinking

Try avoiding gluten and changing your lifestyle. Less or no red meat, exercising and check what medications you're on that can contribute to your bad health.
