story is pretty bad desu. I never understood if /x/ was supposed to be about sharing spooky made up stories and pretending they were real, or if its chill to call out BS. However, at the end of this story it makes no sense as the writer mentions Mary as one of the main characters, but at the end it is only the writer, his cousin and Jasper, and the only poeple who got turned were Henry and Jessie. Obviously the writer was pretty dumb, and completely forgot one of the central characters, as if this actually happened, I assume Mary might say something, or try to escape with them instead of never being mentioned lol.

This reminds me of a story of someone driving on a road when they see a wreck with what appears to be some people laying out on the ground. I don't remember what happened exactly but he realizes the scene looks wrong and grabs his gun and drives off. When he looks back the people on the ground get up and some more people come out of the woods. These seem pretty realistic and I can imagine them happening and that makes them really scary.
