Hello /x/! If you've seen something like this, but advertising a site of any kind then know it has nothing to do with us. We're a bunch of anons who love the anime character Lain Iwakura, from the anime Serial Experiments Lain. It is quite an interesting anime, much worthy of the attention of /x/ - especially since it has aliens in it. Also a weird concept similar to our internet. Other weird stuff too, but of a more nebulous variety. We're not a cult, but we do really love Lain. We just want to share the love of her with this board. The anime series was semi-prophetic in it's own right and predicted the internet as we know it in the 2000s. For some of us that were from the time before the current internet, this is quite amazing. Anyway, feel free to talk about your favorite thing in SEL. Also, don't forget - EVERYONE LOVE LAIN!

Didn't they kill themselves yesterday?
>It is quite an interesting anime,
Not really.
>much worthy of the attention of /x/ - especially since it has aliens in it.
Like other anime treasure trove of alien lore - To Love Ru, Jitsu wa Watashi Wa, etc.
>The anime series was semi-prophetic in it's own right and predicted the internet as we know it in the 2000s.
Wow. Predicting things that already exist. Spooky.

>Didn't they kill themselves yesterday?
People can still sign up.
>Not really
You don't seem to understand
>Alien lore
What alien lore? Only alien appearing is in Layer 7 and doesn't have an explanation at all for it's appeareance
>Predicting things that already exist
VR was closer to sci-fi than real life in 1998.
Also Wired/Real world mixing to that extreme is still sci-fi

>You don't seem to understand
Sure showed me with this meme.
>What alien lore? Only alien appearing is in Layer 7 and doesn't have an explanation at all for it's appeareance
And you don't seem to understand either
>VR was closer to sci-fi than real life in 1998.
Demonstrably false.
>Also Wired/Real world mixing to that extreme is still sci-fi
More like fantasy than sci-fi since it's based on misunderstanding century old science.

1336 is that you!?
>>19234638
There is a 5 day count down on the site.
>>19234758
>>19234758
>not counting down to 9/21 happening
And they lost their last chance at appearing to be something serious.
>>19234765
Tell that to nrgiseternal
>>19234733
Oh my favourite digits.
Hmm interesting choice of words alters eh.
Curious anon.
Wasn't the unlink date changed?
I wonder if Tsuki did suicide and the countdown is a dead man's switch of sorts.
Judging by the HTML on the site, the website is going to go offline when the clock hits zero,
>>19234733
How did you know Knight knew Brunelda?
OP, who are you?
You Knight... you have been really mischevious.
Trying to twist Lainism to your liking, not unlike your hated and recently defunct Tsuki.
Hiding behind a new persona to mislead me and the others and evading destiny.
Remember what happened with Raven?
Don't hide, you know your fate anyway... unless you hid it from your current self.
>>19234937
Fuck off
>>19234937
So what of it. So you know my True Persona...
You cannot evade Destiny. Doctor Raven is none of your concern.
I'm well aware of my terrible fate. Have you met it yet?
>>19234638
I found it to be kinda boring and draging on without much consistency nor real involvment in characters or the world itself. The scenery was ok tho
>>19234961
>I am going to post schizo shit and talk to myself, trying to appear 2deep4u
Just like my certain Japanese anime.
Oh... you got new friends?
Council of 5 eh?
Sounds fun.
I'll tell the other Three.
>>19234987
I'll be waiting.
