I think its the funniest and most visually complex animation on Adult Swim currently and the adult swim stream has the show as a marathon - I have this thing streaming constantly and see new shit every time.

It's honestly just mindless gore and crude humor. I watched the first few episodes when they came out and was pretty unimpressed. I kept hoping it would get better but it just continued on with the same formula. If it changed up a bit, I'd gladly try watching it again.
