Machine within a machine.
Brain circuit logically and neurologically interconneted into a system that is a mental machine, creating 'inner/mental/potential universe' which is the mind and its 'space' where everything of the 'mind' happens.

So its quite the same as the Universe... though the universe has a set of laws a mind/machine cant have.
These laws allow it to exist not as mental/potential form, but material/physical form.

You could say the Universe is 'beyond-consciousness' level, mind/system/circuit that happens in a physical, solid form.
