I just watched the video. I found this comment that could explain it, I don't know if it's true or not. :
if you're ever going to hear strange noises inside a cave or a mine, especially a well ventilated one, it's going to happen on a very windy day or night. The bottle effect, added to how the sound reverberates through the uneven and jagged tunnels, makes it sound eerily like lamguage, or just voices.
Of course it could also be a deceased person's trapped and tormented spirit, shrieking for help, or warning against trespassing.

I posted a fairly in-depth opinion on the audio in this video the last time I saw it on /x/.

Essentially, 99% of 'strange sound' videos can be debunked if you've got any experience of audio post-processing. If I recall, the sound picked up in the audio track of this particular video utilises a basic delay effect ( small segments of audio repeat in a loop ) which would suggest the audio has more than likely been edited.
Audio effects such as delay, reverb, chorus etc.. impart highly unnatural characteristics upon sound. It's a similar principal to being able to instantly spot the difference between CGI and non-CGI images.

Depends on one's level of morbid curiosity.
