I know how you feel OP and I think I can help.
I've had urges on and off to kill my girlfriend for the past year. I'll usually fall into a state of dissociation or something whenever it happens and I'll end up losing control of myself. She's into rough stuff so she didn't really see the problem in it, but it terrified me. A few months ago, I wrapped some rope around her neck and choked her in short intervals, about 10 seconds each with 3 second reprieves. Ended up choking her out entirely and she went unconscious.
