Not apocalypse, but there's Bountiful B.C, connected to Jeffs. B.C also has a smattering of Dutch reformationists which go from anti-vax to "religious rebellion against the government is our right," along with the stockpiling that comes with it.

Also, Alberta has an armed 3% militia who are setting off alarm bells with their weapons training, stockpiling, and purchase of communal land along with their rhetoric for violence.

For a classic apocalypse cult Quebec was home to Order of the Solar Temple, a suicide cult that also coordinated attacks on defectors, and staked a baby repeatedly with a wooden stake as they believed the child to be the Antichrist.
