What do
I'm interested in getting into magick, but I'm not even sure what I'd want to use it for. Mostly I want to get to understand the concept first, and then see if it can be applicable in my life.

Has a great library with a Beginner's Folder. And most of the time will answer your questions if you aren't asking something you could just google. Magick: In Theory and Practice by A. Crowley might be a decent p[lace to start. Or, The Middle Pillar by Israel Regardie.
