How do I embrace my shadow self? Is it even such a thing? Has anyone had any experience with it?

If you are shy and introverted your shadow self would be the opposite and so on, it's nice to be your own Mr Hyde.

If it is something one can do, I highly doubt it's something you would want to do/wouldn't severely regret.
I know, not the answer you're looking for, but just being honest
I'm bipolar used to have paranoia and depression, it took my family 8 years and 7 shrinks to stabilize me. Now I live abroad alone and have a fairly payed job.
Used to hurt my self hitting the floor and bruising me, had energy up the ass and was basically a Orochi version of myself. I can go back to be a maniac but I could wander forever in the streets or die. So AMA I don't mind.
Ny paranoia bloomed around in my 20th birthday . I'm 29 today

Your shadow is the things you'd like doing, but choose not to do. To embrace your shadow, either choose to do them, or else wither the joy you'd take in them so they no longer stand between you and your shadow.
