Dream or real?

Ok I had went to bed w my girl nothing unusual that night. I fall asleep. Next thing I remember I'm beginning to notice this high pitch sound.. As I become visually conscious I now notice I'm unable to move, there's lights all around, I look to my right and there's this whitish looking thing w big black eyes. I look deep into is eye, I can sense it's intelligence, it's knowledge. I'm now having another dream, I still cannot move, I see these things in the distance standing over a table.. Over somebody else I think? I don't know, I cannot tell for sure. I scan around with my eyes, I'm I'm a large domed room. I see other people, all unconscious... I'm now being moved through what seemed to be a hallway. I noticed there's 2 of these things. One on each side of me. I can sense what they're saying to each other, "he's awake again". "He won't be for long". "He's not going to remember anyway". I'm now back in my bed laying next to my girlfriend, and I still cannot move. I'm watching two beings walk away in the direction where my wall should be. Slowly as I lay there in paralyzed fear,I began to watch my wall reappear from top left, downward. I remember telling myself, "don't move because they're still just outside".

Now I prefer to call this a dream because of circumstances, but I struggle with the realization of how could I kept having the same dream but yet, continually jump from location to location? I'm just curious if anyone else has had such an experience?
