I think it's alot about fighting against the traits you possess and don't want need. Never believed horoscopes but I looked at my traits and easier like yep that's me. I must destroy who I am and kill my ego.
It's a real challenge. If you ever have a problem not doing something, don't say yes or no, say to yourself, later. It's a life hack for sure.

When I was a child I asked my father if the world was real. He queried me further I said I felt that maybe everything I see is my minds projection and nothing is actually real. I asked is he real or are you just a projection my mind controls. He told me that he was real he promised, I told him if I was right thats what he would say. I'm still not convinced
