Is anybody else able to do this?

I can control heart rate and digestive rate through willpower

An example : by focusing i can make my resting heart rate go up to around 90bpm or down to around 55bpm. I do not even have to change my breathing patterns to do this.

Also can make an adrenaline rush or other similar sensations spontaneously when i am resting.

No, i do not have to think of an emotional event to spur these sensations. I just focus on different areas of my body and it happens.

I have been able to do this since i was a child, but have gotten better at it over the years.

Is this something anybody can do? Id like to believe so. Ive been scoffed at by some when trying to explain these experiences before. Doctors have told me it is impossible, yet refused to test my claims.

I've slowed my heart rate and made headaches and stomach aches disappear. You have to believe you can do it to do it

I can do the same thing. I think it is possible for anyone to do, but if your someone who doesnt just "get it" it would take a lot of work and help from someone who does
