yo for the past few months I've been having tightness in my chest, neck and jaw, as well as dullness/sharp alternating pains in both arms, I thought it was to do with my heart and serious as fuck, but it turns out it's from stress/anxiety.

I didn't even know I was all jacked up like that. here's hoping it's nothing too serious with your friend, but yeah /x/ ain't really the place for this.
