I know it seems crazy that other people have gone through what you're going through and made it out, but I did.
There was a time where I felt exactly like you.
Eventually, after a TON of self reflection I found a plethora of reasons why I felt so strongly about wanting to see myself as a woman.
And once I reached inside and sincerely worked out my issues with my unconscious self, I felt better.
Looking back, it feels more like a silly phase than some trauma.

If so, exploring these feelings through art could help get you through the day, but I can't stress enough that there are psychological reasons that you feel so attached to femininity.
I came to terms with myself without seeking any help, although it took about a year.

Occasionally, I indulge a bit and jerk off to some pretty gay shit but for the most part I feel very comfortable now.

It's possible. Just relax and put in the work.

This feeling is actually quite normal in some cases... (well not really normal but happens to more people than you'd think) but this is a "disorder" called Gender Dysphoria (not sure/ thinking off the top of my mind) the gist of it is basically mentally feeling like the opposite gender while being the current gender you are. The ways I'd suggest to get help would be 1. to seek help to live with the way you are now. 2. seek to get a Sex reassignment surgery (of some sort)..... I don't believe anything magic/Paranormal would help you in your current situation. anyway, i hope this helped a bit and in the end anything you do is your choice, no one can make it for you.
