Me n' the boys are trying to summon a tulpa. How long will it take, and what are some good methods to do so? Also any tips about maintaining and taking care of tulpa is appreciated.

after 3 month i had a Tulpa that could occasionaly speak
was forcing this shit easily for 1-2 hours a day erry day
gives you alot of headache in the beginning not gonna lie
but it was fun for a while, would recomend
