I believe in the Christian Father, but not the doctrines of Yahweh. I think Jesus was a normal person who grew up in a Jewish mystic cult, and was able to achieve supreme enlightenment. Out of respect for his spiritual path, he mentions scriptures which contain some morsel of truth. The Jewish prophets could then be seen as simple sages who guessed what God wanted and sometimes got it right due to sheer luck.

One of my best friends grew up a die-hard Christian. I've been trough a few phases.
>little kid, I believe with a few concerns, but accept

>been in college for a few years, current phase, less interested in any religious topics, takes less and only constructive and friendly arguments, more respectful for religious people, kinda sure about the non existence of god, but since can't prove it, doesn't care too much anymore (I guess that's what others call agnostic)
Right now I don't feel like I need some spiritual extra in my life at all. But that may change when I get older, maybe I'll get back to the first phase.
