I wish the dude known as "P" who seems to be the only person who actually visits her would come out and do an AMA on Reddit or some shit. He's probably just the landlord checking on her apartment every now and then not giving a shit about her as long as he gets his cut of her crazy check every month. If Chip-Chan were in America I guarantee she would be rich now, on TV (perhaps her own reality show), Kickstarter campaigns would reach out to her, she would get the best professional help, but being that she lives in such a snobbish country, she's most likely just a real embarrassment for the people over there.
