Yep, read through it, checked everything and ran through the checklist of usual leaks vs fakes and this one is definitely real.

Although I have absolutely zero idea why it would be leaked, I'm heavily thinking that this is a controlled leak to prepare us for Project Blue Beam

It states that over 20 EBE bodies have been recovered along with 3 disc-craft. The most common type apparently resembles humanity almost exactly with some minor internal differences involving the formation of the heart valves and an extra liver.

The "greys" are essentially biological drones that the Earth-like EBE's control psychically while in cryo-stasis during the long trips between their mother craft outside a solar system to the planet they wish to visit. The other two types are reclusive with the

"Transcendent" beings only ever being witnessed once by an MJ-12 agent.

The fourth type, non-humanoid physical entities, do not appear to hold human life sacred, viewing us as animals despite our intelligence. They have been rarely contacted, with a handful of "unfortunate incidents" mentioned in the report.

After that I kept getting calls with someone breathing into the phone and then hanging up. And for about a month afterwards I had this huge feeling of being followed every time I left the house.

Rest of summary: Earth-like EBE are included, wherein their intentions and purpose for arrival are revealed.

While they have monitored the development of life on our world and claim to have have helped developed an advanced civilization in Yugoslavia some 7,000 years ago, their first contact with modern Western civilization occurred when Nikola Tesla's Colorado Springs experiment accidentally tapped into a form of energy still somewhat unknown to us and caused chaos at the other end of the transmission.

Tesla's transmission greatly alarmed them, as our civilization wasn't supposed to be able to send such a signal for at least another century. This prompted a new expedition to our planet as a pit stop along a much longer journey to an unspecified location they were already planning on undertaking.

This was when their disc-craft became damaged and crashed in Roswell, New Mexico; kicking off what the document refers to as "the saucer age".

Gov reverse engineered much of the tech on board prompting a technological boom unlike anything seen in our history previously. In the craft they had brought with them several genetically constructed human infants that were more "evolved" both emotionally and psychically. They intended to give them to us in order to bolster these traits in our own population. They also stated they would be making contact with other nations as well to give them equivalent technology to what the US had reverse engineered as well as the genetically crafted infants to ensure balance.

They came with a message as well, which essentially boils down to this, "We do not wish direct contact with your species, as you would reject us in your current state. We wish to be understood at the lowest, and therefor broadest, means possible; as a cultural myth. Knowledge of our existence must come to your people, from your people. Understanding will come through the broadened perceptive abilities of the children we are giving you."

I first saw a bright light moving behind a tree, once it was cleared the tree I could see it was a giant triangle with hundreds of yellow lights attached. It brighten the whole area, scared me to death. I remember running away and seeing the shadows move and then suddenly it was all black again. It was gone. The other one was when I was driving on the highway and to the right of me pointing towards the sunset where three glowing lights in the shape of a triangle. They stood there for what seemed like several minutes. Slowly one by one they started to disappear. Every since my first ufo sighting I've had several ufo dreams. Usual just of a very bright light landing or several lights trying to communicate to me.
