i was watching some nightterrors on youtube about MIB and he was talking about the shit MIB's have done. One thing was about the arcade machine 'POLYBIUS'. TL:DR, ayy tech used in a video game to collect data.
looking around on the web and found a comment on youtube who witnessed this as kid
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j03iCZWu5xI
video doesnt show the original POLYBIUS
it seems there is a version flying around in japan, anyone have it or an idea what this actually is about?
BE WARNED WHEN WATCHING
it give eye cancer.
still looking/searching the web. It gets creepier.
>still looking into it
here is something i found
http://www.humanistictexts.org/polybius.htm
It turns out the name polybius was not randomly given. The arcade machine was made to collect data, well guess what. The name given was an old greek from 200 BCE.
>Polybius (c.203-122 BCE) was born in Megalopolis
>Polybius was thus able to move in the highest circles in Rome
>witness major Roman military campaigns
>unique opportunity as a Greek to analyze the successful expansion of Rome
>and to record the principles involved as a lesson for future statesmen,
analyzing and recording, actually collecting data.
Well, the text goes on and shows what he actually collected about the roman empire. It goes very indepth even so the website only shows Book VI.
here is the full book as pdf
https://archive.org/details/historiesofpolyb02polyuoft
my guess is there is not much to take from it, it seems the name was just used as a codeword for the kind of work that was involved behind the arcade machine.
>more about the greek
he seems to be one of the greates historian
>One of the most defining features about Polybius as an historian is that he seems to have a more developed sense of historiography than the earlier writers.
http://www.ancient.eu/Polybius/
so, it should actually someone suprise if this name was choocen for this kind of work.
Which three letter agency often use old forggoten names for their projects?
Sinneslöschen is the company behind the game and what i noticed very often since looking into it that almost everyone seems to translate it incorrectly. I see what google translate gives but it is not to 100% correct, it translated it into a harder to read word that is actually not well known. In the end, it just says
"sense deleting"
The problem with the word in german is that it is written as one word, happens very often here in germany.

This was an MKUltra experiment. Kek.

The US government actually built these and put them out there. YouTube has more crap than anything else.

Yea it was CIA IGNORANT OP.
BTW If you dont play wow like everyone else do, get me a mind on those so important world quests.
Dwarven Barrels?
Violet Magic square path?
Multi point of interests quests?
That is all data collection, FPS, awareness during long/short play sessions, intelligence, multi target ability of the player. Hello wake up, you dont always control a plane you can path it.
Vydias are also single subject data collecting, more massive. Many purpose. Who knows.
let me just sum it up a little bit and, yeah, sorry for bumbing so often.
The one behind the story of the arcade machine POLYBIUS:
>had indepth knowledge about roman history
>used german words in a normal native colloquial language
>apears only in Portland, Oregon in 1981
>first entry show up in 2000 on a resource site
https://web.archive.org/web/20000303224844/http://www.clickto.com/coinop/GamePage/Polybius.html
>sidenote: MIB first appearance is in 1950
ok, so i am looking for a german-american historian, maybe with ties to the govermant(!?), from oregon.
there is a german/american school teaching both languages
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_American_School
so the citizen of oregon actually had (mostly) german knowledge.

>This was an MKUltra experiment. Kek.
I thought those involved LSD.
look who marched often in oregon
>The first Klan organizers (Kleagles) arrived in Oregon from California and the South in early 1921
https://oregonencyclopedia.org/articles/ku_klux_klan/
i don't know why but i have to think about these hidden cabal who use the roman empire flag.

Not bumping when your posting content, nice thread OP
i played it
not the "original" tho
is fun but it gives headache
overall, i wonder about one thing,
back in the day of no-internet, the way these (((people))) had to do their work to get information was actually by going out, into the real world and doing some shit to get intel. As it seems right now with this fishy case, they want to get information about humanity. At least they play with them from a savety distance. Now here comes the thing i wonder about. Since the internet became a thing, these kind of activity in the real world stoped.
i mean, take a look for yourself and keep these dates in mind
this is where everything begins
>1947
>Roswell UFO crash
around 1950
>first record MIB
>>concepts of packet networking, development of electronic computers
>>1954
>>Cern is build
all the tech build up, until 1980
>polybius, first arcade machine in oregon
>>cern creates the www
>>first model of the IBM PC
something is here strange.
And here is my concern, what if, all the polybius shit continued on the internet. Who is actually real in here? How often where we exposed to some weird ayyy experiment on the web without knowing it?
maybe roswell wasnt a crash, maybe they got shoot down. Took all the intel from them and started to recreate it. And yet, they, who got shut down, never stoped them from doing so. They let these people continue to experiment with the data.
Maybe the day they shoot them down they got exposed to some hidden virus that took over their agency. A hidden invasion. And from there they slowly crawled into the human sociaty. So, actually, everyone involved at roswell was exposed to some form of brainwashing virus and is now to be considert as an ayyy spy, without even knowing it.
