To the anon who had the hellhound,yes there is,you have to sell your soul or piss of a demon or something demonic. Certain Hellhounds though act on their own accord but that's super rare.City and region do not matter. I can talk to you more if you want.

I've heard one sounded like a emergency vehicle(firetruck/cop car/beast). I just pumped gas at 711. It was like after my car....
another time I heard them barking from a cops radio after I walked out a different 711. He turned it off immediately and stepped back away from me, like I had something to do with it.
From what I've read the more frequent sightings become the worse.
