Sometimes I think I have a hacker or somebody stalking me over 4chan and trying to ruin my life. Sometimes I'll read posts and think immediately, "that's him," and shut down 4chan and not to back for months. It scares the shit out of me

It's really unlikely, so maybe I am just paranoid. I get weirdly defensive around other people too. I have depression, which gives you delusional thoughts about how much others hate you, so maybe this is related to that. People think I may have bipolar so it's more likely.
