Hey /x/
So today I wanna ask you all if you have ever meet your subconscious?
I had this strange thing happen to me this morning, I was dreaming with all the usual dream stuff, blurred faces, cant read time and all that jazz.
So im going about my dream and moving along not obviously knowing its a dream until some random woman I dont know approaches me on the street in my dream and says.
"Hey Anon, Why are you down here?"
This is strange to me as I have never directly been interacted with by my dream before. I could clearly see her face and understand everything this person was saying.
I replied.
"I don't know? Who are you?"
She said.
"Dont worry anon, I'll bring you back up."
At which point I woke up and became really confused. That has never happened before and its so strange that I could see this persons face.
Have any of you had similar encounters or am I just having weird dreams?
I don't wanna directly say I was interacting with my subconscious but it seems appropriate given the situation.

I get you my dude, The brain works in all sorts of weird ways.
Doctors are a kinda dickheads at times, they don't understand the problem? lets just give the patient some drugs so even they don't fully know whats going on! Mental castration at its finest.

From my understanding from /x/, it is basically creating an imaginary friend, and forcing yourself to focus obsessively in it until you can hallucinate it without putting too much effort.
I'd rather recommend good old meditation.
Meditate until you lose awareness of your surroundings and your thoughts flow naturally.
