Tarot combos aren't really easy to teach on sites, honestly. The method is to try and summarise the two meanings of each and every card into 2 key words, then to lay out the cards (preferably with reversals) into a row and try to make a comprehensive story based on those cards.

Sadly, your best bet would be to read a book like the ones available in The Reader's Mega link in OP, then to practice like I mentioned. Optionally, I'm sure people on the Discord chat would be glad to teach you if you ask them.

it's not hopeless, not gonna sugarcoat it, you fucked up pretty royally in terms of trying to make things go smoothly and working towards your hope and dreams for the situation. You certainly crashed the plane on the journey here, but luckily the passengers and you as the pilot survived. As a reader I'm not against trades, even us need help for something we're too close to get the bigger picture. But I agree with you that it turned into a circlejerk of readings. And when a legit reader comes they get swarmed by querents that have been waiting for some time. >How did you start with divination?
With /div/ actually. Originally started doing energy readings, and from there developed my own method. After that, branched out into tarot and runes.

2-3yrs? Somewhere around there.
What's your preferred method?
I really enjoy tarot because I love my deckfu. Runes are really interesting and blunt. Empath readings take a lot of energy to do right. I'm currently really enjoying learning more with my oracle deck.

Been reading up on necromancy as well as bone casting. Really I'd love to develop another irl reading ability to go along with my empath side and double down on my innate understanding of human verbal and non-verbal language , such as reading eyes or palms.

Never. I like my future to be a surprise, so I rarely get readings, and usually on only the most mundane things for the sake of experiments/development
>What's the most and least accurate readings you've got or given?
I've been hit and miss sometimes, but I've had a fair few anons tell me I've been exceptionally accurate. Ones that stand out is the fishing reading and the male lover reading (sorry about that again man!)

JUST DO IT! But seriously, think of it like any other hobby. Give it due time to develop skills and learn to love the journey.

yes, I studied I Ching quite intensively some years ago, for a number of years.

By no means an easy read, in any sense of the word, and very, very deep. Expect to do lots of study, pondering and meditation. Learning Classical Chinese is also pretty much on the cards if you intend to take it to another level.

But life is short and one must prioritise. In any case, I try and apply some of the insights I gleaned from I Ching studies to my understanding and practice of the Tarot, which I find much more congenial for those of European descent.

I know that i'm a psychic/medium, but I blocked that a bit because I had fear.

When I was really young (10-11) I used to try by myself with pendulums. But I don't know many other methods. So I think tarot is a nice start

My grandmother used to read with a pendulum; actually my late grandfather's wedding ring on a gold chain which she wore as a necklace. There was no mention of necromancy though! She also used to read tea leaves or coffee grounds on occasion, but I have little memory of those readings since it's been many years. We are talking rural folk traditions here rather than anything else (new age, occult etc).

I always recommend getting started with a nice Marseilles Tarot deck, of which there are now many great facsimiles available. Also check out Alfred Douglas' Tarot book, it's still one of the best all-round works on the subject, imho. There are not many books on the subject in English, which is more of a blessing really since you'll have to work closely with the deck itself and your own intuition (once you've got the basics down pat, of course).

I Ching can be fantastically precise with respect almost anything, and that includes the stock market as I have had occasion to see for myself from one elderly Chinese businessman.

Again, understanding how all these systems interrelate is another matter: Chinese astrology is literally worlds apart from what is now called Western Astrology, whether traditional or modern.

Nothing overtly ceremonious. I've been a practicing empath for almost 12yrs so the shielding and such I perform is like second nature; no different from the way one stretches before getting out of bed every morning.

Less Wedgie board and More contacting spirits via a mix of Aboriginal and Odinist methods. Been doing research into both methods (one being my acenstory and the other my religion) and combining the two to see what works/happens

Oh, and do you have any advice to not let our projection interfere in our intuition when we are doing a reading (especially a reading for ourselves)
