I don't use reversals. Personally, I'm not as fond of the Golden Thread deck as I am of the more purist decks, but that's just my taste. It's also not that often we see decks that actually have foiled imagery like on collector cards. That's something I wish were more common, but I'd imagine the decks' prices to be more expensive.

I just stop and don't do any readings. Honestly, though, I've noticed for a while how much of an empathetic side you have to yourself, plus the fact that you scry a lot and that puts a lot of work on your brain.

Firstly, relax! You don't have to come here all the time to do readings until you're exhausted. Even I sometimes set my limits. Secondly, if you're going to go through the occult way of things, you need to think more towards relaxation. Meditation helps, but so does incense and other scents that you like (lavender?). And don't let the problems of others get to you because you have your own problems in life to deal with (as well as your own tool box to solve them).
