What i mean is if it DOES work. Working means female humans climbing to you like female apes do to silverback male apes. No skeptical bullshit like"i (simply) feel better" or accusations of placebo affect.

Nope, it's absolute pseudoscience and you're wasting your time. There's an argument about whether or not true pheromones even exist in humans (vs. the broader "chemosignals"). Binaural beats, depending on the frequency, can temporarily entrain your brainwaves to that frequency (like temporarily boosting frontal gamma power). But it won't do anything to affect the pheromones/chemosignals your body releases, and it certainly won't make females any more attracted to you.
