strange puzzle

Brazillian here, do the little boxes in the bottom have anything to do with the puzzle?

Because it feels like we are missing some vital info here. If we try to assign a vowel to a color randomly we will get 120 possible combinations and going one by one blindly is insane.

So here are the stuff I came up with so far:
• There are 3 Base colors
• There are two secondary colors
• The secondary colors are a sum of two of the base colors
• When you translate the colors to vowels and then numbers they don't add up

That's it lol.

I came to the conclusion that the smiles positioning means nothing, only the amount of smiles is what you are supposed to add to the number represented by the vowel represented by the color.

Like, if yellow is A, A is 1, so a yellow with a smile is A+1, which is 1+1, which in turn is B.
Or at least thats how i'm trying to go about it.

That's what i'm trying to figure out. Yellow isn't A from what i'm seeing but i have no idea on how to assingn the correct vowels to the correct colors.

Once you figure out the yellows you can figure the rest because only a few words have two letters so you can probably figure out blues then go from there

Also I just realized this is in Portuguese so it's pretty much pointless to attempt unless you speak Portuguese

According to portuguese the isolated yellow letter can only be A, O or E. After that we use the one where the blue and yellow boxes are togheter, there we use or knowledge of portuguese to deduce it must be DE, DA or DO, DA being impossible. Then we go to the second four letter word on the first line, and by knowledge of the lenguage and trial and error with the previous info we deduce it must be DEVE, and from there you can figure the rest of the stuff out.

SOLVED
just arrange the colours alphabetically and then assign the vowels by order. from there you can count how many smiles each colour has, and put the right letter in
