Sometimes I feel perfectly normal and relaxed but there are moments where I enter a kind of primal frenzy where I become overly obsessed with trivial things, crazy about morbid events, and overly hateful of everything for no reason. I start to become extremely afraid of the dark sometimes during this frenzy and could swear I hear my name being called or yelling in the distance. Do any of you feel in this specific way sometimes? Please share some of your experiences in this frenzy.

mostly at around night is when this feeling hits i guess, it lasts for about two hours. Does your frustrations come from something life related or just out of the blue?

I feel as if I have a lot of pent up energy that I must release that leads me to performing ritualistic behavior that I really enjoy. But it's not really a frenzy it's more controlled. I don't know the reason anyway maybe because I lfeelove the feeling of freedom maybe it's similar with you I don't really know

Strange behavior. Praising Satan, pacing fast, writhing around, tracing a cross with my finger, walk very fast in one direction for a second, holding up a dagger to the ceiling, just doing anything really that feels good to me. What happens is I run out of energy and am able to calm down after releasing it
