And these "D" refer to Density levels, not dimensions. As far as I know they go up into the 100s, though in this universe the cap is now 13, so in order to go higher than 13D you have to go to another universe that has a higher set.

3D, 4D, 5D these are just physical levels of vibration, when you move from one to the next you go "out of phase" compared to the others, can move through objects and so on (the sci-fi concept of phasing).
