Mathematically, butterfly effect, literally. So many ways. Lets put it this way. Say you shake someones hand while thinking "you ugly fuck", your body transmits than in microexpressions. And they subconsciously pick that up. And then pass that bad energy onto the next person they meet. Alternatively if you are thinking "you are so beautiful" then the same process happens again.
Of course that all happens to you too and your own thoughts about yourself. Control your thoughts you control your reality.

Yes, of course. But fapping is basically a waste of energy so it reduces your spiritual energy.
Replace it with something constructive.
Hell, try spending 3 days (without fapping) focused solely on getting a girl, thinking all kinds of thoughts about ways to get a girl (positive 'sharing your energy with someone' thoughts not just possesive self serving thoughts) and take action -- talk to them, etc. You'll see it happen before a few hours even.
