This local radio station has been having this weird countdown going on seemingly all day. Its been saying weird obscure quotes randomly giving out numbers to call that lead to multiple broadcasting programs.
Here is a link to the audiostream if you're interested.
Any reason for why this could be going on?
General radio hijack thread, lets dicuss the other times this has happened.
oooops. forgot to add a link http://v6.player.abacast.net/2463

Weird.... Wtf is that
have you tried calling the number it tells you to call?
it said "if you want to find out what's going on, call 5 4 1 3 9 3 5 6 8 7'
there's also a username and password window on the page you linked. It most likely is a kind of game where you have to find out the correct login data by listening to the broadcast and then input it
the counter also seems to stop at 12 PM. i'm getting a russian counter girl vibe from it

>>19107184

>5 4 1 2 8 4 1 1 0 1
another number it tells you to call
>>19107232
Sweet thanks.
Did you give the number a call?
>>19107235
Called this number, still ringing. Connection is deteriorating though.
>5 4 1 6 8 5 5 8 2 5
the number at which they supposedly will tell you what's going on
>>19107236
I can't call these numbers, not American
>>19107244
Called, guy said "GTI Programming how can I help you?", sighed, and hung up
These numbers are in Oregon. Not to be a /pol/tard but could this have something to do with the antifa protests going on right now?
it seems the phone numbers it's broadcasting are totally random
Got it solved. Just called and spoke to a guy at NBC. He said it is a promotion stunt that the radio station is pulling, trying to raise interest by getting other broadcasting studios and stations annoyed and in on the stunt. He said there's nothing illegal about what they're doing so as they give out numbers the stations are there weathering the storm.

Seconded got the same response from an NBC 16 guy
